Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Freeborn Digital LLC ("Freeborn Digital," "we," "us") collects on freeborndigital.com, what we do with it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what you give us through the application form and client sign-in, we use it to work with you, and we don't sell it.

1. What we collect

• Application form: your business name, full name, phone number, email address, and whatever you tell us about your business.
• Client sign-in: the email address you use to receive sign-in links to your dashboard.
• Technical basics: our hosting and authentication providers log standard request data such as IP address and browser type to run and secure the site.

2. How we use it

We use your information to review your application, contact you about it, schedule and hold calls, deliver client work and dashboards, and keep the site secure. That's the whole list. We don't use your information for third-party advertising.

3. Emails and text messages

We only send you texts and emails if you gave consent through the form's checkbox, or if you're a client and the message is about your engagement. Message and data rates may apply to texts. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Consent to messages is never a condition of buying anything, and phone numbers collected for SMS consent are not shared with third parties for marketing.

4. What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it with data brokers. We don't run third-party ad trackers on this site.

5. Cookies

The site uses only what it needs to function: session storage tied to client sign-in. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Service providers

We use a small set of providers to run the site: hosting (Vercel), authentication and data (Supabase), and font delivery (Google Fonts). They process data only to provide those services to us. Requests to Google Fonts are handled by Google under its own privacy policy.

7. How long we keep it

We keep application information as long as we're evaluating or working with your business, and client account data for the life of the engagement plus whatever the law requires. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we're legally required to keep it.

8. Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email riley@freeborndigital.com and we'll handle it. If privacy laws in your state or country give you additional rights, we honor those too.

9. Security

Data moves over encrypted connections and sits with providers that maintain industry-standard security. No system is perfect, but we treat your information the way we'd want ours treated.

10. Children

This site is for businesses. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

11. Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. Meaningful changes will be visible here before they take effect.
