These terms govern your use of freeborndigital.com, operated by Freeborn Digital LLC ("Freeborn Digital," "we," "us"), a Pennsylvania limited liability company based in Pottsville, Pennsylvania. By using this site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
You may use this site to learn about our services, submit an application to work with us, and, if you're a client, sign in to your dashboard. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access accounts that aren't yours, or use automated tools to scrape or overload it.
When you submit the application form, you're asking us to review your business and contact you. By checking the consent box, you agree to receive emails and text messages from Freeborn Digital about your application and our services. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and out of emails by using the unsubscribe link or emailing us. Submitting an application does not create a client relationship or obligate either side to anything.
Client dashboards use email-based sign-in links. You're responsible for keeping your email account secure, since anyone with access to it can access your dashboard. Tell us right away if you believe your access has been compromised.
The actual work we do for clients is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Freeborn Digital. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, a quote, or a guarantee of results. Descriptions of services, timelines, and outcomes are general and vary by engagement.
The content on this site, including its design, copy, and branding, belongs to Freeborn Digital LLC. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission. Ownership of work we build for clients is defined in each client's agreement, not by these terms.
The site relies on third-party providers, including hosting, authentication, and font delivery. Their performance is outside our control, and we're not responsible for their outages or acts.
The site is provided as is and as available. We make no warranties about its accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We work hard to keep it correct and online, but we can't promise it always will be.
To the fullest extent allowed by Pennsylvania law, Freeborn Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability related to the site will not exceed one hundred dollars. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not apply to obligations under a signed client agreement, which has its own terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above tells you when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to the site will be handled in the state or federal courts covering Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania.
